WELCOME TO BAGLADY

I launched BagLady with the intention of offering a wide range of unusual but affordable handbags and accessories. When the opportunity came to explore Asia in September 2002 I resigned as Ceramic Designer at Spode ( Stoke-On-Trent ) and set out to source reliable, quality manufacturers. I returned to the UK after 6 months and BagLady was born! I sell online through my fantastic new website and direct to ladies in their homes with BagLady Parties - a unique, fun social occasion with beautiful handbags, scarves and jewellery at great prices.

My handbags are distinctive because of the different materials I use: silk, taffeta, voile, woven plastic, carved horn (cattle), coconut and inlaid wood. I employ an assistant who buys for me and acts as translator. She also looks for new manufacturers who can interpret my handbag designs and make a quality finished item while still providing good staff working conditions.

BagLady online is quick, easy, convenient, and has some great offers. I hope you enjoy shopping at BagLady- I’ve certainly enjoyed creating it-and do visit whenever you have time as there’s always something new.

Happy online shopping!
