Sale and Purchase
We will sell and you will purchase the products listed on our website subject to our terms and conditions of business set out below. The contract in respect of the products supplied by us to you comes into existence when your order has been accepted by us in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Price
1. All prices are quoted in pounds sterling.

2. All item prices are exclusive of delivery and packaging, unless otherwise stated. For details of our delivery charges please refer to postage and packing.

3. Prices are correct at the time of order and relate to Internet purchases only. All orders for products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse to supply an individual or other organisation.

Payment
Payment must be made in pounds Sterling through Paypal as listed on our Site.

Orders
After your order has been processed by Paypal and accepted by them we will notify you by email details of your purchase and order number.

Passing of Property
The title of the goods does not pass to the customer until the full payment has been made by the customer, received by us and the goods delivered.

Delivery
1. Any date or time period for delivery will be considered as indicative only and does not form any part of a guarantee. We will endeavour to inform the customer of product availability when they make their selection.

2. All orders are dispatched on Tuesday of each week (unless otherwise stated)

3. All products are sent by courier of our choice. Deliveries will only be made to the address of the person who made the payment through Paypal.

Postage and Packaging
Goods posted in the Uk (inc. N.Ireland) will be charged the following:

£4.00 for purchases between £0.01 - £15.00
£6.00 for purchases of between £15.01 - £35.00
£8.00 for purchases between £35.01 - £50.00
£10.00 for purchases between £50.01 - £75.00
£14.00 for purchases between £75.01 and above

Returns policy
1-Requests for Exchanges must be made by email within 3 days of receipt and items must be returned in UNUSED condition and original packaging within 7 days of receipt. Please note that all postage costs will be incurred by you.

2- Refunds are only given on goods that are Faulty and returned to us in an unused condition and original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Refunds are processed within 28 days. Please note that all postage costs will be incurred by you.

Returns Procedure

• Please include details of the reason for the return, clearly mark whether it is a refund or exchange, and reconfirm the delivery address.
• Wrap your items securely to avoid damage in transit back to BagLady (horn / shell components require bubble wrap). We cannot accept responsibility for any lost or damaged items- INSURED traceable return mail is suggested.
• Send your package back to:

Description of Goods
Every care is taken to ensure that all descriptions on the site are correct. Photographs are as accurate as we can make them, but colours may vary slightly due to distortion on your computer screen.

We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and add / remove or edit any materials or content on this website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

All products displayed on this website are available only while stocks last.

When an item is no longer available we will attempt to notify you immediately at the time you make your selection.
